Terms of Use

By using Movenco, you agree to the rules governing access to the service, published content and each party’s responsibilities.

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the Movenco website and application.

2. User account

You are responsible for the information provided when registering and for keeping your credentials confidential.

You agree to use accurate information and not impersonate any third party.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Movenco fairly, respectfully and in compliance with the law.

Prohibited behavior includes harassment, illegal content, impersonation, spam, abusive data collection, intrusion attempts or misuse of the service.

4. User content

You remain responsible for any content you publish, share or send through the application.

By publishing content, you confirm you have the necessary rights and grant Movenco the strictly necessary technical rights to host and display that content as part of the service.

5. Service availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Movenco may suspend or change features for maintenance, security or product improvements.

6. Liability

Movenco acts as a platform to connect people and organize activities. Each user remains responsible for their conduct, travel, safety and offline interactions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or the behavior of third parties.

7. Advertising

Movenco is a free service funded in part by advertising. Ads are displayed within the application through Google AdMob.

The display of ads is an integral part of the service. By using the application, you accept their presence. You can manage your ad consent preferences from the Profile screen.

8. Suspension or deletion

We may suspend or delete an account in case of a breach of these terms, a security risk or a legal obligation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply in your country of residence.
