1. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account by emailing movencoapp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, or by using the in-app deletion flow if available.
2. Verification
To protect your account, we may ask for reasonable verification details before processing the deletion request.
3. What happens after deletion
Once deletion is confirmed, access to the account is disabled and related data is deleted or anonymized within the limits allowed by law and our technical constraints.
Some information may be kept temporarily when necessary for security, evidence, abuse prevention or compliance with legal obligations.
4. Processing time
We do our best to process requests within a reasonable timeframe.
