Depending on how you use the service, we may collect account identity details, email address, phone number, profile photo, age or date of birth, gender, selected sports, messages, geolocation, published content, technical information and security logs.

We only collect the data needed to operate the app, keep the service secure and improve the user experience.

Your data is used to create and manage your account, show nearby users and sessions, enable messaging, secure the platform, send useful notifications and answer support requests.

We may also use some data in aggregated form to analyze and improve the service.

Processing is based, depending on the case, on contract performance, your consent, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service.

Geolocation is used to show athletes and sessions near you. It is only used if you allow it on your device.

You can withdraw that permission at any time in your phone settings, but some nearby features may then be limited.

Your data may be processed by technical providers required for hosting, notifications, media storage, transactional messaging or support.

We do not sell your personal data. Providers only act on our instructions and for the purpose of delivering the service.

Movenco displays advertisements through Google AdMob to help fund the service. This third-party service may collect certain technical data: IP address, device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), ad interaction data and performance data.

Depending on your choice, ads may be personalized or not. When you first launch the app, a consent form is presented in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). On iOS, an App Tracking Transparency authorization request is also shown.

You can change your advertising preferences at any time from the Profile screen in the app, under "Manage ad consent".

Data may be shared with Google's advertising partners for the purpose of delivering ads. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

We keep data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing when the law allows it.
