1. Data controller

Movenco is operated by Maxence Derepas. For any privacy-related question, you can contact us at movencoapp@gmail.com.

Contact address: 36 rue de Migneaux, 78300 Poissy, France.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect account identity details, email address, phone number, profile photo, age or date of birth, gender, selected sports, messages, geolocation, published content, technical information and security logs.

We only collect the data needed to operate the app, keep the service secure and improve the user experience.

3. Why we process your data

Your data is used to create and manage your account, show nearby users and sessions, enable messaging, secure the platform, send useful notifications and answer support requests.

We may also use some data in aggregated form to analyze and improve the service.

5. Geolocation

Geolocation is used to show athletes and sessions near you. It is only used if you allow it on your device.

You can withdraw that permission at any time in your phone settings, but some nearby features may then be limited.

6. Sharing and processors

Your data may be processed by technical providers required for hosting, notifications, media storage, transactional messaging or support.

We do not sell your personal data. Providers only act on our instructions and for the purpose of delivering the service.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing when the law allows it.

To exercise your rights, contact movencoapp@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority if you believe your rights are not respected.

9. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time. A dedicated page explains the account deletion process and its consequences for your data.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and unintended disclosure.
